Code Search Program

The program calculates wind, seismic, snow, snow drift and LL reductions. It also has a dead and live load generator. The code search program will provide you with all pertinent code loads in just minutes. It supports the International Building Code (2000 - 2015), ASCE 7 (1998 - 2010), and other codes based on these codes such as California, Florida, Ohio, NFPA 5000, etc, etc.  Click here for more information.

CMU WALLS

CMU walls in accordance with TMS 402/ACI 530/ ASCE 5. This program is based on the wall design for out-of-plane loads procedure TMS 402/ACI 530/ ASCE 5. It will analyze a typical wall , a leg next to an opening or a leg between two openings. There is also a graphical layout of the opening(s) to verify input. Click here for more information.

Tilt-up Concrete Wall Panels

Concrete wall panels in accordance with ACI 318. This program is based on the "alternate design of slender walls" procedure in ACI 318. It will analyze a typical wall panel, a leg next to an opening or a leg between two openings. There is also a graphical layout of the opening(s) to verify input. Click here for more information.

Concrete Beams & Slabs

Calculates flexural, shear & torsional reinforcing steel for concrete beams plus calculates maximum rebar spacing for crack control. The program is designed for quick calculation of reinforcing requirements for rectangular beams and slabs. Click here for more information.
